Community Room Rental, MCRC ID's and Daily Passes
Rent a Community Room by the hour and purchase Daily Passes for guests interested in using the facility who are not MCRC Members (see ID Policy below). MCRC Members scan their Membership ID cards upon arrival, therefore you do not pay for a daily pass for Members. This enables members and paying guests the option of using the whole facility for as long as they like (ie: pools and courts), and use of a Community Room for the number of hours needed.
The MCRC has 3 Community Rooms available for rent: Community Room A (seats 60-65); Community Room B (seats 30-35); and Community Room C (seats 30-35). Rooms B and C combined will seat 60-70.
Daily Pass Rates
Daily Pass: $7 per visit
Group Rates
10-25 people = $5/person
26 or more = $4/person
For groups with less than 10 people:
Daily Pass Punch Card Rates
5 visit punch card = $25
10 visit punch card = $50
MCRC ID Policy:
All non-members 13+ years of age will be required to show a photo ID in order to enter the facility. The purpose of the photo ID policy is an issue of safety and security to the patrons that enter our facility.
The preferred method is a Driver's License or State ID. Those that are 13-17 years of age may present a current High School Student ID if they do not have one of the preferred methods; or, they may purchase a Non-member Rec Access card for $2. Parent must accompany youth and show a birth certificate in order to purchase the non-member Rec Access card.
General Rental Information
The Community Room Kitchen may be requested at no charge when booking a Party Package or Room Rental. The kitchen is a shared space and multiple Renters have access to the kitchen at the same time. The kitchen has a sink, counter space, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
You are welcome to bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages. The MCRC has a contract with Teresas Pizza and can provide sheet pizzas at a discounted rate ($16/per sheet + $2/per topping). If you prefer a different pizza vendor we ask that you pick up the pizza on the way to the facility. We can also provide coffee including cups, napkins, stirrers, sugar & creamer ($9/per 18 cups; $18/per 36 cups).
When scheduling a Party Package or Room Rental we allow 15 minutes before and after your booking time for set up and clean up. You may rent the room by the hour if additional set up/clean up time is needed. If your booking includes the last hour of the day, all guests must depart the building by closing.
Keep in mind that the Pools close one hour earlier than the facility. There is a 15 minute rest break at the end of every hour in the pools.
