The MCRC is available for rent during regular operating hours during low usage times. Before hours or after hours rentals are also available. The following are some of the available rental areas:
- Community Room(s)
- Entire Field House or individual court
- Entire Leisure Pool or Competitive Pool
- Individual lap swim lane
- Aerobic room(s)
- Entire Community Center
Birthday and Party Packages
Party Packages are available throughout the year. Packages currently offered include:
Basic Party Package
- 2 hours in the community room
- Facility set-up
- Decorations
- Cost: $100 Members $140 Non-members
Sports Party Package - 2 Hour Rental Including
- Use of the Community Room and Field House throughout the duration of the party
- Use Field House court time for volleyball or basketball or more
- Facility set up
- Decorations
- Cost: $120 Members $160 Non-members
Pool Party Package - 2 Hour Rental Including
- Use of the community room and Leisure Pool throughout the duration of the party
- Facility set up
- Decorations
- Cost: $140 Members $180 Non-members
Deluxe Party Upgrade
- Includes One of the Packages Plus:
- Pizza and Pop
- Paper products
- Special MCRC party favor for the birthday boy or girl!
- Deluxe upgrade cost: $50 plus cost of package
Additional Guests (over 30+) = $5 per participant
The MCRC has 3 Community Rooms available for rent.
- The Gazette Room seats 60-65
- Community Room B seats 30-35
- Community Room C seats 30-35
- Rooms B and C have a partition between them and when opened, B/C seats 60-70
The MCRC Community Room Kitchen may be rented at no charge with the rental of one of our Community Rooms. The Kitchen is complete with sink, counter space, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
You are welcome to bring in food and drink.
