REGISTER NOW FOR MCRC LIFEGUARD TRAINING
The Medina Community Recreation Center (MCRC) is offering a Spring Break Lifeguarding Training Class March 29-April 2 from 9:00 am-3:00 pm.
Upon successful completion of this American Red Cross course, candidates will receive the following certifications: Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, Automated External Defibrillator, and Preventative Disease Transmission.
Participants must be 15 years old by the end of class to enroll. Complete your training now to secure your summer job early. This class is a great way to start lifeguarding. Perfect for stay at home moms, early retiree’s, hign school and college students. Many lifeguarding jobs have flexible scheduleing and have early morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts available.
Deadline to register is Saturday, March 20.
Class fee is $165 for MCRC members and $175 for non-members.
Additional trainings are scheduled for April and May.
