Body Buster
This class is a great workout to burn calories, tone muscles and improve your overall fitness level. A variety of equipment will be used including: body bars, bands, dumbbells, stability ball for resistance. Fire up your metabolism and get lean with this cardio/conditioning class. All equipment provided.
Boot Camp
This class is designed for individuals who currently workout on a regular basis. This rigorous circuit workout comprised of sit-ups, push-ups, cardio, and weights will burn fat and firm your body. The high energy/ fast paced routines along with the knowledgeable and creative instructor will challenge your body and produce results. Bring a towel and water bottle...you will sweat.
Cardio Blast
This class is a high-energy, total body workout that focuses on burning fat and calories while increasing muscle strength and definition. A variety of equipment will be used including hand weights, step, stability ball and resistance bands. You WILL develop incredible tone and muscle control. You will elongate your physique while improving posture and alignment. There is something for everyone in this challenging, yet fun, workout.
Cardio Pilates
Enjoy this low-impact aerobics class that is sure to increase your endurance and tone muscle. Merging pilates moves with a great cardio workout is sure to stretch and strengthen the entire body. Light weights will be used for the duration of the workout to tone and elongate muscles. Please wear supportive shoes for cardio workout.
Cycle for Life
Involve yourself in this complete body workout. All the elements you need to stay healthy for life are incorporated in this 1 hour and 15 minute class. 35 minutes of cycling and 40 minutes to work on muscle conditioning and yoga for relaxation and stress reduction. This class will combine a cardiovascular workout for your heart, muscle conditioning to maintain healthy bones and flexibility to keep your body strong.
Energy Zone Spinning
A cycling experience designed to improve efficiency and increase energy for the rest of the day. This threshold training style will help to lose body fat and increase aerobic capacity. Bring a towel and water bottle to class.
Kickboxing for Beginners
Have you ever wanted to take a kickboxing class but were intimidated by the thought of complicated and hard-to-follow routines? Then this is the class for you! Kickboxing for beginners allows newcomers to master the basic skills of kickboxing. You'll start with basic kicks, punches and balance moves combined with elements of aerobics designed to get your heart pumping while toning and shaping your entire body. Be prepared to sweat, have fun and enjoy a total body workout.
Morning Pilates
All major muscles groups will be challenged and conditioned during this class. You will increase strength and flexibility while creating long, lean muscles. Exercises are new and specific with soothing music to assist with flowing movements, breath work and overall harmony. As in all genuine Pilates and Yoga formats, core strength and back support will be emphasized.
Rise & Shine Cycle
This is a 50-minute, non-impact, cycling adventure with fabulous music and infectious group camaraderie. The customized workout is safe, simple, and highly effective. Individuals are encouraged to train at their own level by adjusting the resistance and speed of the pedal strokes. Rise & Shine not only strengthens and tones the body, but it also develops mental strength while increasing cardiovascular capacity. Please arrive 5 minutes early for proper bike fit. Bring a water bottle.
Strengthening Zone - Spinning & Core
This class combines spinning with the added bonus of core work and stretching. The cycling aspect of class will burn calories, strengthen and tone the body. Class will end with 10-15 minutes of stretching and core work. Bring a towel and water bottle. Arrive to class 5-10 minutes early for proper bike fit.
Thighs, Butts & Guts Plus
This results-oriented class will burn fat and simultaneously tone the entire body zooming in on the trouble zones. Burn and firm with variable resistance training and standing leg work. All equipment provided.
Power & Grace
Focus on the mind body connection with this class. You will develop a long, lean body line with this unique marriage of Pilate (power) and Yoga (grace). Build strength, flexibility and endurance with a focus on posture and relaxation.
Total Toning
Total Toning will create visible muscle tone with this unique marriage of sweat and strength. This class not only targets the trouble zones, but it also includes a fabulous upper body makeover—TOTAL BODY TONING. Your body will receive a superb cardio and muscle conditioning workout which will be simple to follow.
Yoga
Start your week off right with this mid-day mental relaxation Yoga class. Unwind with gentle stretches and restorative breathing while learning relaxation techniques that will help you through the week. Create balance in your life and body through the development of strength, flexibility and posture. De-stress your mind and body during this 45 minute class - you owe it to yourself! Please wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats provided.
Yoga Core
Yoga core is a total body Yoga and abs workout which will result in a strong, sculpted mid-section and long, lean muscles from head to toe. This all in one stretch and sculpt workout will also improve your balance and flexibility. After a series of standing and seated yoga flows, extra emphasis will be placed on the abdominals. A variety of equipment will be used.
Zumba
Check out the dance craze that is sweeping the nation! Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip-hop, pop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso and Salsaton. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance moves! No dance experience required. This Latin inspired dance fitness incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements which create a dynamic, exciting and effective system. Dancers and non-dancers alike immediately and easily master this class. It's exercise in disguise!
Zumba Strength
This is an interval training, high intensity cardio (Zumba) class combined with strength training. Get the best of both worlds by maximizing the amount of fat and calories you burn by adding the strength component. Perfect for those who love Zumba, but also want to gain strength and muscle too.
Aqua Fitness
Morning class blends warm up, cardiovascular workout and cool down to benefit your body by toning and stretching. Class takes place in 4-5 feet of water. Swimming skills not required but participants should be comfortable in water. Low to medium intensity, low impact level
Water Aerobics
Evening class featuring low to no impact aerobic water exercise. Work to improve cardiovascular endurance, range of motion, flexibility, balance and stability. Class will be held in 4 to 5 feet of water. Swimming skills not required but participants should be comfortable in water.
